  6. Discuss and take appropriate action to adopt a Resolution to approve the completed “Systems Survey and Compliance Questionnaire” and to submit it to Stulb & Associates for use in the audit to CIAA’s financial statements as of June 30, 2022;
  7. Discuss and take appropriate action to adopt a Resolution authorizing the Executive Director to prepare and submit a Capital Improvement Program (CIP) request to the FAA via DOTD;
  8. Discuss and take appropriate action to ratify the change order for the extra bay to the Maintenance Building Rebuild;
  9. Discuss and take appropriate action to adopt the Airport Rates and Incentives for Chennault International Airport Air Cargo Facility;
  10. Discuss and take appropriate action to authorize the Executive Director to renew an agreement for legal services with the Calcasieu Parish District Attorney’s Office for a one-year period commencing October 1, 2022;
  11. Discuss and take appropriate action to authorize the Executive Director to enter into a Sublease and Estoppel Agreement between Chennault International Airport Authority, Military Department, State of Louisiana, Lang Foundation – Solar Power Chennault, LLC and Power Strategies, LC LLC;
  12. Discuss and take appropriate action to authorize the Executive Director to enter into a Special Event Lease between Chennault International Airport Authority and Chennault International Airshow Inc., for the airshow the week of May 15, 2023 to May 23, 2023;
  13. Motion to enter into Executive Session to discuss potential litigation;
  14. Motion to return to Regular Session;
  15. Approve the minutes of the July 21, 2022 Regular Meeting;
  16. Adjournment.
