  10. Discuss and take appropriate action to authorize the Executive Director to negotiate and enter into a professional services agreement with DVW Aviation Advisor pertaining to Air Cargo Prospects;
  11. Approve the minutes of the February 20, 2020 Regular Meeting and the March 10, 2020 Special Meeting;
  12. Adjournment.
