  7. Discuss and take appropriate action to authorize the Executive Director to enter into a Permanent Public Facilities Servitude with Calcasieu Parish Police Jury (CPPJ) for a Boost Station;
  8. Motion to enter into Executive Session to discuss strategy session and negotiations with respect to collective bargaining;
  9. Motion to return to Regular Session;
  10. Approve the minutes of the July 18, 2024 Regular Meeting;
  11. Adjournment.
